Realacme kitchens and bathrooms have a professional and experienced after-sales service team, and a after-sales service specialist in the national office. It specializes in providing pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales services such as after-sales training, technical support, refund and replacement processing and spare parts guarantee for dealers and customers. In the industry, we take the lead in putting forward time-limited response after-sales service to ensure that customers'problems can be dealt with in time. In 2017, Realacme kitchen and sanitary ware industry took the lead in passing the certification of the National Committee for the Accreditation and Evaluation of After-sales Service Achievement Standards, and obtained the five-star certification of after-sales service.

Quality assurance

The quality assurance period is calculated from the date of purchase (the time is based on the invoice); the quality assurance certificate is the after-sale service commitment (i.e. the warranty card) and the purchase certificate, and the absence of the quality assurance certificate is considered to be outside the quality assurance period.
There are slight differences in the warranty period of different channels, which is based on the after-sales service commitment letter (i.e. warranty card) issued by the seller.
For spare parts replaced during out-of-warranty maintenance, the quality guarantee period of electronic spare parts is 6 months, and that of other spare parts is 1 year.
